The San Antonio Spurs will be taking on the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night. This is the third win they will be trying to get over Philadelphia since 1999. This is in a great way going to increase their chances of pushing up to the Western standings of the NBA play offs. This should be a great chance for them to achieve this since by far, they are a strong team compared to the 76ers. San Antonio Spurs have performed fairly well in the games considering that at the closing of the first half that was on 11 February this year, they had managed to lead the North Division Denver by 111-92. The Washington Wizards had not yet played a good enough game to warrant skyrocketing popularity since their last win of the seventies. However in the 2004-2005 season they made a comeback by clinching a position in the NBA play offs. Their win against the Chicago Bulls in 2005 earned them much fame that season, after being down two points before the game ended and they made their winning basket. By December 2009 during the NBA playoffs, the Sacramento Kings had managed to get five games to get into the playoff hunt. Even as the games ended then, the Sacramento kings had high hopes of improving on their game come January 2010. The mention of this team conjures up the image of the giant of a man names Shaquille O’Neal and his ever-capable partner Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway. This dynamic duo was at the helm of the team’s greatest era and they were a force to reckon with on and off the court. The minute they got on the court, the fans were assured they were in for an exceptional game.
