It comprises of Phil Santin, Chris Wink and Matt Goldman who teamed up in 1987, and it is a creative organization dealing with the production of theatrical shows and concerts featuring music, comedy and multi media. Blue looking men who appear to have no ears characterize the trio’s performances. Their performances have been described as exhilarating and some of their fans attest to the fact that seeing them perform on stage is just like having them at your own backyard. Although they are a recording group, the trio is available for hire and their charges relative in relation to the event that they have been invited. Located on the Venetian casino level, between restaurant row and the Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas, the blue man group is famed for running shows of up to one hour forty-five minutes. They also recruit talented young people to join the cast as either blue men or band members. Auditions are normally held for those who are talented enough to showcase their skills in front of a panel, which then shortlist is the successful ones. They are then taken through a rigorous induction that introduces them to the category in which they have been selected for before being fully incorporated into the group. The group has opened huge productions in Toronto, Boston, Chicago and Las Vegas. The latter being the largest, with a capacity of about one thousand two hundred occupants.

A Virgin Records album produced in nineteen ninety one dubbed AUDIO, saw them nominated for a Grammy in the Best Pop Instrumental category. The group has since released their highly anticipated second album, The Complex that was released in two thousand and three. While writing The Complex, the group also created a state of the art rock show that wowed their fans and left critics tongue tied due to the acclamations that the show got. Music aside, the group also participated in acting of a short film based on the events of September 11, which was highly acclaimed and well received. What started as a three-man group has now evolved to a five hundred strong man organization that has incorporated various groups of people and is continuing to grow.

Tomorrow, the group will be inside Venetian Hotel and Casino, which is their personal theater, showcasing a musical. The sitting areas are divided into three zones namely Green, Red and Blue with varying ticket prices. Those wishing to find themselves in the green zone should prepare to part with seventy-nine United States dollars and the guidelines are that for one to attend the show, they must be six years of age to attend the show. Tickets for the red zone are going at ninety-eight dollars each and there are only twenty tickets remaining before closure of that side of the theatre.

Tickets for the blue zone are going for one hundred and thirty seven dollars, and one of the requirements is that a photo Identification card is required before entrance to the venue. Only forty-six tickets are remaining. On Thursday, the group will still be performing at the same venue and tickets will still be going for the same prices.
